Serena Hotels have partnered up with Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) Switzerland, one of the world’s leading hospitality management schools, to launch a premium hospitality executive education programme in Pakistan. This programme will focus on capacity building on=f senior to mid-level executives in the tourism and services sector of the country.
The course modules of this program will be delivered by specialized faculty brought in from the world-renowned Swiss hospitality school, the EHL Advisory Services. A wide range of topics ranging from people to revenue management, service operations, marketing communication, strategic hospitality and asset management will be covered. There will be a total of 07 modules in this programme which will start in February and end in December 2020. A globally accredited Certificate, “Proficiency of Hospitality Management” will also be presented to the attendees.
An exclusive gathering was held on Sunday Evening at Islamabad Serena Hotel to launch this executive education programme; President of Pakistan H.E Dr. Arif Alvi graced the event with his president. Furthermore, the gathering was attended by multiple diplomats, government functionaries, corporate heads, academia and representatives from the tourism industry and other service sector industries.
